MOST PROPABLY THIS IS ONE OF THE LOTTERY VARIANTS OF THE NIGERIAN SCAM. IF YOU WOULD TRY TO GET THE WINNINGS, FIRST THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY ALL KINDS OF UP FRONT FEES. OF COURSE YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY WINNINGS. I SUGGEST YOU ABSTAIN FROM EVEN TRYING.
